Open Parcel Policy

Cello is offering its customers an open-pack policy. That is as follows:

  1. When the rider delivers the mobile phone. The customer can check it in his presence. He/she can confirm the order. The orders which were placed with debit or credit cards will be confirmed by the signature of the customer along with the CNIC number.
  2. In case the package is empty i.e. there is no mobile phone. Or the package is damaged. Or the mobile phone is not the one which was ordered. Then the customer may return it to the rider. The amount will be refunded or the mobile phone will be replaced. It will be at the discretion of the customer.
  3. The customer should clearly mention the reason in the writing. That can be well understood by Cello.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The customer can check the external packing. In front of the rider. He/She should verify the product description. They are not allowed to open the inner packaging and open the cover of the mobile phones.
  2. This is available all over Pakistan.
  3. The mobile phones will be replaced according to the refund policy mentioned by
  4. If it meets the criteria mentioned above. Then the amount will be refunded. Through the mode of payment that the customer paid.
