Vivo X300 Series Tipped for October Launch

Get ready, Vivo fans! The Vivo X300 series is expected to launch right after China’s National Day holidays, which run from October 1 to 8. Just like before, China will get the phones first, with a global release to follow soon after.

This year’s lineup starts with two phones: the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro. A well-known leaker on Weibo, Smart Pikachu, shared some exciting details. Both phones will come with MediaTek’s brand-new Dimensity 9500 chip and ZEISS T lens coating* for stunning camera performance.

There’s no official info about the Dimensity 9500 yet, but leaks suggest it’s super powerful. It might be MediaTek’s first chip to go beyond 4GHz and could feature all big CPU cores. It also has an Immortalis-Drage GPU for better ray tracing in games.

Vivo is also teaming up with ZEISS again, so expect top-tier camera quality like always.

Here’s more good news — Vivo is also working on new headphones, wearables, and smart home devices, all expected to launch alongside the X300 series.

According to leaks, the Vivo X300 might be a compact phone with a 6.3-inch screen, similar to the X200 Mini. The X300 Pro will have a regular-sized screen.

As for the Vivo X300 Ultra, it’s expected to launch a few months later, maybe in early 2026. This phone could come with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 (Elite 2) chip.

Stay tuned — more info is coming soon!
