A new leak from China has revealed exciting details about Vivo’s upcoming phones — the Vivo S30 and S30 Pro Mini.
The Vivo S30 is said to come with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip, which hasn’t been officially announced yet. This chip is expected to be faster and more power-efficient than the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 in the previous model.
It will have a 6.67-inch flat screen with “1.5K” resolution. Plus, there’s a periscope telephoto camera using the Sony IMX882 sensor — great for zoomed-in shots. The battery is also impressive at 6,500 mAh, so you can expect long-lasting power.
Joining it is the smaller S30 Pro Mini. It will feature a 6.31-inch flat LTPO OLED screen, which is rumored to be the same high-quality panel used in the X200 Pro Mini. This phone might use either the Dimensity 9300+ or the new Dimensity 9400e chip — both powerful options.
Even though it’s smaller, the S30 Pro Mini will still have a metal frame, the same periscope camera, and the same 6,500 mAh battery as the bigger model.
The Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip is expected to be built using TSMC’s N4 process, with a 1+3+4 CPU setup, making it a smart choice for power-saving and smooth performance.
Stay tuned — these phones sound like they’re going to be awesome!
