Tecno is preparing to launch a new series of mid-range phones called the Camon 40. The top model in this series will be the Camon 40 Premier. The Camon 40 4G will be the most affordable phone in the lineup.
The news confirmed that the phone will have 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The design seems similar to the previous model, but the camera ring might now be centered instead of offset to the left.
The Camon 40 Premier is expected to have three additional lenses, details about them are still unknown. The FCC listing also hinted at a 70W fast charger, but battery specs remain a mystery for now.
The Camon 30 4G featured a 6.78-inch AMOLED display, a 120Hz refresh rate, a Helio G99 Ultimate chip, and a 5000mAh battery with 70W charging. If the Camon 40 series builds on this, it could be a great addition to the mid-range market.
