Samsung is giving the Samsung Galaxy S26 series a big makeover! New leaks and photos from Ice Universe show exciting design changes, including a new camera bump.
Big Changes for the Camera Design
All three models — S26 Edge, S26 Pro, and S26 Ultra — are getting a new look. The most talked-about feature? A dual-ridge camera bump.
The S26 Edge will have two camera lenses placed in a big horizontal bar. A leaked photo shows the camera rings on one side and the large plate they sit in on the other.
Sound familiar? That’s because it looks a lot like the iPhone 17 Pro’s camera bar!
Why the change? Samsung may be doing this to make the phone thinner and fit a bigger battery inside.
Raised Bump for More Power
Samsung wants the other two phones — S26 Pro and S26 Ultra — to also be slim, but without lowering camera quality. To do that, they’ve decided to raise the camera bump.
-
The S26 Pro will have three cameras on the back. It keeps the clean, simple look of earlier models.
-
The S26 Ultra is going bigger. A leaked image shows a large camera capsule in the top-left corner on the back.
The main camera, ultrawide, and zoom lens will sit in a two-layer bump. But other parts like the second zoom lens, ToF sensor, and LED flash will sit flat on the phone’s body, outside the main camera island.
Design Still Feels Familiar
The Samsung Galaxy S26 phones will still have that flat and boxy Samsung look. But the Ultra model will have slightly rounded corners for better grip.
The Edge model is slim and compact, and the Pro model might actually replace the basic S25 and S25+ in the lineup.
More Leaks Are Coming!
This is just the beginning! The leaks are picking up, and more surprises are expected.
