Samsung’s Galaxy A36 and A56 are set to launch soon at the Unpacked event. These phones usually debut in March, and this year is no different. Both models will be revealed next month. Before the launch, the A56 and A36 have received GCF certifications.
For now, it’s unconfirmed, but the Galaxy A36 might feature either a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 or 7s Gen 2 chipset. Both phones will run on Android 15 out of the box. This means we can expect One UI 7.0 to debut next month alongside the A36 and A56.
The Galaxy A56 is special because they have faster charging this year. According to TUV details, the A56 supports 45W charging. This is almost double the speed of the previous model A55.
Samsung plans to power the Galaxy A56 with the new Exynos 1580 chip. This processor is rumored to offer performance close to the Snapdragon 888, which is quite impressive for a budget-friendly phone.
Samsung might offer 6 years of OS updates for the Galaxy A56, giving it excellent long-term value. The phone’s price is expected to be around Rs. 135,000, and it will offer great performance and support for years to come.
The front of the phone has a basic 6.7-inch IPS screen with a 1080p resolution. It has a notch for the selfie camera and noticeable bezels, which might feel a bit outdated. However, the 90Hz refresh rate will make using the phone smooth.
There’s still much to learn about these new models. Samsung is keeping details under wraps, so we’ll rely on rumors to uncover more information. Stay tuned for updates as we get closer to the launch!
