Realme Note 50 Review

The new Note series is introduced in the market as the Note 50. This will prove to be the future project of the Realme company’s investment. Time will decide the success or failure of it. It may leave a great impression in the early days after its release in the market.

Design

The Realme Note 50 brings out a simple yet elegant design. Both the front and back are made of glossy material with a matte finish on the back panel. When you take a look at the back panel, you will find circles; one may consider the third one as the camera, but it’s actually the LED flash.

The main screen is made of plastic, which may require screen protection. Luckily, there is one in the box, saving some money.

Display

When looking at the front screen, is 6.74 inches with an HD+ LCD panel, offering a 90 Hz refresh rate and reaching a maximum brightness of 560 nits. The front camera design is outdated, which is disappointing.

Camera

The Realme Note 50 has two main cameras, one of which is 13MP, accompanied by a black and white sensor.

In the presence of good lighting, you may get reasonable photos, but they appear somewhat low in clarity, especially in dim light settings.

Operating System

The software is a compressed version of Realme UI, known as the T edition of the Android 13-based operating system. You may encounter some bloatware, but some components can be easily deleted or disabled.

Performance

This smartphone has a basic-level chipset called the Unisoc T612, making it difficult to play high-graphics games. Users may need to compromise on settings and opt for lower configurations, which can be disappointing.

Storage

It comes with 4GB of RAM, expandable up to 4GB virtual RAM, and 64GB of extendable storage.

Battery

The Realme Note 50 has a standard 5000 mAh battery, and it comes with a 10W charger. The battery lasted for 16 hours and 20 minutes after a full charge.

The Final Verdict

The Realme Note 50 is a new edition in the smartphone category, attracting users with its marvelous design, long battery life, and huge display screen.
